With six years' experience designing and developing learning for one of the largest real estate franchise brands, our leadership has a deep understanding of the challenges of the independent contractor model for training in real estate, the difficulties brokers face in retaining and motivating productive agents. The ART of Business Planning - our premier program to help agents drive their business from survival to thriving, consists of a 1 hour presentation, delivered live or via live streaming, and a Facebook success community to help participants execute on their plan throughout the year.

Our tutoring program for those preparing for the New Jersey Real Estate licensing exam is designed to identify those areas of the exam where assistance is needed, and provide customized instruction to help them successfully pass the Salesperson exam.
